Taylor Cantrell joined Open Realty Advisors in 2022. She works with the Tenant Representation group and is actively involved with the Apple, J. Crew, Uniqlo, and Warby Parker accounts.

Taylor brings 12 years of experience on both the tenant and landlord sides of the business. Before joining Open, Taylor worked for Trademark Property Company, where she implemented a pop-up program across their portfolio. Taylor was also involved in all aspects of long-term leasing for mixed-use developments, including WestBend, Market Street Woodlands, Galleria Dallas, Watters Creek, and Rice Village. Taylor began her career with Transwestern, working on the retail tenant representation team with an emphasis on direct-to-consumer brands. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Real Estate from The University of Alabama in 2013 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and sits on the Next Gen ICSC Committee in Dallas.
