Grace Hoelscher joined Open Realty Advisors in 2022 as a transaction manager. She assisted with the Blue Bottle, Ramen Tatsu-Ya, Sports & Social and Shake Shack accounts for the first two and a half years and is now focusing primarily on the Lululemon account.

Previously, she was an associate focusing on industrial tenant representation within Newmark.

Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics – Finance & Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
